The Indian School of Mines, Dhanbad, a centrally-funded premier technology Institute in Mining, Mineral and Earth Sciences is conducting an all-India Entrance Examination for its 2 years M.Sc. (Applied Geology/ Applied Physics/ Chemistry/ Mathematics & Computing) and 3 years M.Sc. Tech. (Applied Geology/Applied Geophysics) courses for the session 2006-2007 on May 21, 2006 (Sunday) at different centers.

How To Apply:
Application form and Information Bulletin can be obtained on payment of application fee of Rs.600/- (Rs.300/- for SC/ST candidates) from the office of the Assistant Registrar (Academic) during 1st February, 2006 to 10th March, 2006. The application material can also be obtained from the office of the Assistant Registrar (Academic) by post by sending an A/c payee Bank draft for Rs.650/-(Rs.350/- for SC/ST candidates), drawn in favour of The Registrar, Indian School of Mines, Dhanbad payable at S.B.I, I.S.M. Campus Branch, Dhanbad (branch code No. 1641) along with a self addressed unstamped envelope of size 28.0 cm X 12.5 cm. The application form will also be available at ISM website (http:// www.ismdhanbad.ac.in ) which can be downloaded and sent with the requisite Demand Draft. The complete application form should reach Assistant Registrar (Academic), Indian School of Mines, Dhanbad-826004, on or before 17th March 2006.
