Doctoral Programme - Fellow Programme in Management

IIM Kozhikode, a new generation IIM and a leading institution of excellence in management research, education, training and development in the Asia Pacific region invites, outstanding to apply for its doctoral programme, Fellow Programme in Management. The Programme duration is normally 4 years while it can be completed any time after 3 years. The programme offers specialization in the following four areas:
Information Technology & Systems
Marketing Management
Quantitative Methods & Operations Management
Strategic Management

Eligibility: Post Graduate degree or equivalent in any discipline (including M.A., M.Sc., MBA, MCA, M.Tech etc.) with at least 55% marks or equivalent CGPA. Qualifications of CA, ICWA or CS with at least 50% marks. Other professional qualifications such as MBBS, LLB etc with at least 55% marks or equivalent CGPA. Engineering degree, viz, B.Tech and B.E. with at least 60% marks or equivalent CGPA.

Selection: Based on applicants profile and test score in CAT, GMAT, GRE (General / advanced), UGC / CSIR / ICAR JRF or GATE and personal interview at IIM Kozhikode Campus. Candidates (Indian residents only) called for interview will be reimbursed travel cast from their place of residence to IIMK and back up to IIIAC train fare by the shortest rout.

Fellowship: Attractive fellowship covering academic and living expenses are available to all selected candidates during the tenure of the programme (4 years). Rs.12000/- per month will be given as Common Fellowship to the selected candidates for the four years and for top performers an additional fellowship to the tune of Rs.6000 per month will be given from the second year. In addition, contingency grant to meet expenses related to data collection, purchase of equipments, books etc. will also be given. Apart from the above, Fellow participants will be given limited support for attending national and international conference as well as for exchange visit to partner institutions. No Fellowship will be given to persons belonging to categories of NRI, PIO and foreign Nationals. These categories will also be required to pay fees specified by IIMK.
