All India Common Entrance Examination (All India Pre-Veterinarytest)-2006 For Admission To BVSC & AH Course

Details: Veterinary Council of India invites applications for entrance examination for filling up 15% of total number of seats to be filled on Merit in each Veterinary College from Indian Nationals for admission to 1st year of BVSc & AH course for academic session 2006-07. The duration of BVSc & AH degree course is spread over five complete academic years including a compulsory rotating internship of six months.

Important Dates:

1) Exam date is Saturday, the 13th May 2006 (time 2 to 5 P.M.) at the centers (cities) stated in the Information Bulletin.

2) Date of Sale of Information Bulletin and Application Form by Hand/Post: 9th January 2006 to 17th February 2006.

3) The request along with Demand Draft should reach office of Council on or before 17th February, 2006.

4) Last Date of Submission of Application: Form duly filled and signed by the candidate should reach the office of the Council latest by 28th February, 2006.

5) For the Applications posted from the remote areas viz. Mizoram, Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Nagaland, Tripura, Sikkim, Lahaul and Spiti districts and Pangi sub-division of Chamba District of Himachal Pradesh, Andaman &Nicobar Islands and Lakshadweep, the last date of receipt shall be 15th March, 2006.
