Eligibility:
He/She shall complete the age of 17 years on or before 31st December of the year of admission to the MBBS Course. He or she has passed the qualifying examination as under: The Senior Secondary Examination of the Indian School Certificate Examination which is equivalent to 10+2 after a period of 12 years study, the last 2 years of study must comprise of Physics, Chemistry, Biology with English as compulsory subject.

Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply. (ii) He/She has completed 17 years at the time of admission or on or before 31st December of the year of his admission. Candidates born on or after 02-01-1989 are not Eligible. (iii) The candidate must have passed in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English individually and must have obtained a minimum of 50% marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry and Biology at the qualifying examination.In respect of candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribes or Other Backward Classes the marks obtained in Physics, Chemistry and Biology taken together in qualifying examination be 40% instead of 50% for General Candidates. Those who are taking plus two examination in 2005 can also appear for the entrance test provisionally subject to their fulfilling the conditions later. The Information Bulletin and Application Form costing Rs.300/- for General Category and Rs.150/- for SC/ST candidates inclusive of examination fee can be obtained against Cash Payment from any of the following branches of Canara Bank/ Head Post Office/Regional Offices of the CBSE between 15-10-2004 to 19-11-2004.
