Note* : The courses at Sl.No.1 in Group-A and Sl.No.1 & 2 in Group-B do not come under the purview of the Medical Council of India.

Note :
Separate application form will be issued for each of the courses given at Sl.No.1 to 9 in Group-A and for Sl.No.1,2,11 & 12 in Group-B.
One combined application form for courses given at Sl.No.3 to 6 and another single application form for courses given at Sl.No.7 to 10 in Group-B will be issued.
A common application form will be issued for all U.G.Courses in Group-C [except B.Sc. Nursing (Post - Basic)] and course allotment made through counselling.
For B.Sc. Nursing (Post-Basic) Course, separate application form will be issued.
In respect of the P.G.Courses in Group-A Sl.No.6 to 9 and Group-B Sl.No.3 to 12, candidates appearing for final year examination of the courses specified for eligibility may also apply, subject to submission of pass certificate at the time of counselling.
Selection will be made on merit, based on the marks secured in the Entrance Examination conducted by this University on All India basis in respect of Group-A and Group-C courses. For Group-B courses, selection will be made on the basis of marks secured in the interview.
No domicile restriction and candidates belonging to any State/ Union Territory in India can apply.
The University shall not be liable for any postal delay or loss in transit.

Last date for issue of application forms: 29.04.2006 (Saturday)
Last date for receipt of filled in application forms: 08.05.2006 (Monday)

Prospectus and Application form may be obtained from the Registrar on requisition mentioning clearly the name of the course(s)applied for with a Demand Draft for Rs.975/- (Rupees Nine hundred and seventy five only) drawn in favour of The Registrar, S.R.M.C. & R.I. (D.U.), Porur, Chennai-116 or in person by paying Rs.900/- (Rupees Nine hundred only) for each application at the University Office.
