Eligibility
a. Age:
A candidate must have attained the age of 18 years and must not have attained the age of 25 years on the first July of the year of examination. The upper age limit is relaxable in respect of Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes Other Backward Classes, Departmental candidates and such other categories of persons as may be decided from time to time.
b. Educational Qualifications:
A candidate must hold degree of a recognized University, or equivalent.

Introduction
The Combined Graduate Prelim Examination is conducted by the Staff Selection Commission for selecting the candidates for the main examinations for the following recruitments:
a. Assistants Grade [Group `B' Non-Gazetted) for the groups of services/offices like AFHQ CSS, Railway Board, IFS (B) and Posts in offices like Research Designs & Standards Organization, Central Vigilance Commission, etc.
