Application Form and other details can be obtained on payment of Rs. 25/-through Indian Postal Order drawn in favour of DDO FTI, Bangalore-560022. Also forward self addressed envelope (10 cm x 12 cm) affix stamp of Rs. 10/- (No Money Orders will be accepted) Please mention “Application form for long term course” on the envelope.

  Sir, I received the confirmation letter for admission and my reg. no: 200870558 when I tried to create my ID in scdl website it shows that fee for 1st instalment may not be paid. I have already sent my 1st instalment fee along with my application through DD bearing no:395764/17.7.08 rs.15000/- drawn on state bank of Mysore.
