Eligibility
Minimum 50% aggregate marks in a three-year Bachelors degree (or equivalent) recognized by the Association of Indian Universities/AICTE. Candidates currently in their final year who will complete all requirements for the degree by 15th June 2007 may also apply.
Admission Test & Interview:
Applicants are required to take the XLRI Admissions Test (XAT) to be conducted by XLRI on 7th January 2007. You can register for the XAT at www.xlri.edu. Registering for the XAT is a prerequisite for applying to GIM. Shortlisted candidates will be called for a group discussion & interview around February 2007.
Goa Institute of Management uses XAT for short-listing of candidates. XLRI has no role either in the final selection process or in the conduct of the programme.
How to Apply to Gim:
After you have registered for XAR
Log on to http://www.gim.ac.in and click applies online. Follow the instructions and fill the online application form. On successfully completing the online application form, you are provided with a payment advice form. Take a printout of this page, which is to be mailed along with the Demand Draft to GIM.
Obtain a Demand Draft in favour of Goa Institute of Management, payable at Panaji for:
Rs.850/- for registration being done on or before 7th December, 2006 Rs.1150/- for registration being done after 7th December, 2006
OR
Pay in cash at the IMS Learning Resources Pvt. Ltd. Centres & Submit a copy of the payment advice to the respective IMS centre.
On receipt of the payment advice form and the payment, a copy of the GIM Bulletin 2007 will be sent to you.
Last date for online registration: 31st December 2006
Last date for receiving payments: 6th January 2007
