Description: Management Teacher Program leading to the award of Ph D degree by ICFAI Institute for Management Teachers (Gurgaon, Hyderabad and Mumbai).

Candidates having first class postgraduate degree in Management, Engineering, Science, Commerce or Arts are eligible for admission to MTP. Admission Process
The components of evaluating the students for admission into the MTP are:
Research Aptitude Test (RAPT)
Past academic record and work experience
Case analysis
Micro presentation
Preliminary interview
Final interview
Applicants whose performance in RAPT is satisfactory will be evaluated for the next phase.
Appropriate weight ages are assigned to each of the above components and the composite score is computed based on applicants performance. Final admission is made strictly based on merit.
The admission process consists of two phases:
PHASE I: This phase consists of applying for RAPT 2007 and writing the RAPT on specified dates, as mentioned (Admissions Calendar).
Exempted Category
Applicants who have a GMAT® score of 600 and above or those with 85th percentile and above score in CAT/XAT/GATE/ or IBSAT Rank holders, are exempted from RAPT 2007 and are eligible for participating in phase II.
Research Aptitude Test (RAPT 2007)
Regular Application: Applicants are required to procure the Application Form on payment of Rs. 400 by demand draft and submit it at CPAD branches (addresses mentioned on page 18) or send it to the Admissions Officer (MTP), through speed post or courier, at the following address:
