With Other Indian Institutes of Management (IIMS) planning to amend the Memorandum of Association (MOA) to enable them to expand overseas, IIM Calcutta has decided not to follow suit as the institute does not have any immediate plan to foray abroad. The Joint Entrance Exam conducted by the Indian Institute of Technology is for the first time going overseas. It will be held simultaneously in Dubai on April 13 next year.
