Offers a two-year postgraduate diploma course In a major attempt at bridging the gap caused by shortage of community cardiologists in the country, Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has proposed to train doctors in community cardiology, Vice-Chancellor H.P.Dikshit said.
