Description: Fellow/ PhD Programme in Management (FPM). Specialisation areas: Marketing, Finance, International Business, Organisational Behaviour, and Human Resource Management. It is a full-time doctoral-level programme.

Eligibility: Masters degree in any discipline (or equivalent), MBA, CA with at least 55% aggregate marks. Provisional candidates may also apply provided results are out by June 2006.

The intensive course work and dissertation at the end of the programme. A partial waiver of course work may be granted to students based on qualifications. Discussions are on with the Dublin Institute of Technology for a possible award of PhD. Selection process as follow short-listed candidates will have to take a written test and personal interview for final selection. Candidates may submit their CAT/MAT/XAT scores which may be considered by IILM for exemption from the written test. FPM students will be given a fellowship of Rs. 15,000 per month for a maximum of four years. The students will also be entitled for a contingency grant of Rs. 12,000 per annum during the dissertation period. Tuition fee will be waived. In addition, assistantship may be offered to select candidates.
