Description: Craftsmanship Course in Food Production (CCFP) One year at the Institute +6 months Industrial Training.

Eligibility:
A pass certificate in 10th class (10 +2 pattern) or Senior Secondary or equivalent examination with English as a compulsory subject.

Age of the applicant should not be more than 22 years as on Ist July. For Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe candidates, age limit is relaxable by 3 years.

Selection is based on merit of the candidate in the qualifying examination.

Prospectus containing Application Form is available at the Enquiry Counter in the Institute on payment of Rs. 700/- and for SC/ST candidates collect the forms on payment of Rs. 350/-. It may also be obtained by post on payment of Rs. 750/- and Rs. 400/- for SC/ST candidates through Demand Draft drawn in favour of “Principal, Institute of Hotel Management, Catering and Nutrition, Pusa, New Delhi”, latest by 20th June, 2006.

Closing Date: 20 Jun 2006

Reservation: Scheduled Caste - 15% Scheduled Tribe - 7% and Physically Handicapped - 3% (Details in prospectus).

List of selected candidates together with wait list shall be displayed on the Institute Notice Board on 27th June, 2006. Selected candidates are required to bring their original documents along with course fee given in Prospectus between 27th and 28th June, 2006 (except Saturday and Sunday) to confirm their admission. In case of vacancies waitlisted candidates will be offered on merit on 29th June, 2006 between 10.00 A.M. and 12.00 Noon. They have to deposit the fee on the same day.
