This flagship courses of NICMAR trains Engineers and Architects to become techno-commercial managers capable of handling projects in construction business and infrastructure development.
2. Two Year Post Graduate Programme in Project Engineering and Management (PGP PEM): Full-time 3rd Batch

This programme aims at developing professional project engineer managers for multidisciplinary projects in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Civil and other business sectors.

How To Apply: Prospectus and Application Form for all the courses can be obtained from any NICMAR office on payment of Rs.500 by Demand Draft in favour of NICMAR, Pune or download from website: www.nicmar.org and send it along with application fee of Rs.500 by Demand Draft in favour of NICMAR, Pune. An additional amount of Rs.300 may be paid for combined applications for ACM and PEM Programmes.

Eligibility: For Sr. No. 1 and 3: Bachelors degree in any branch of Engineering/Architecture. For Sr. No 2: Bachelors degree in any branch of Engineering. For Sr. Nos. 4: Bachelors degree in any discipline. Sr. Nos. 5: Bachelors degree in any branch of Engineering/Architecture. Candidates applying for Sr. Nos. 1 to 5 should have 50% marks in qualifying exam. Foreign candidates pressing equivalent qualifications may also apply. Candidates expecting final years result by October 2007 may also apply for all the above courses (Sr. Nos. 1 to 5).

For Sr. No. P (i to iii): Bachelors degree in any branch of Engineering OR Bachelor in any non engineering discipline with 2 years work experience. For Sr. Nos. Q (i to viii) & R (i to vii): Diploma in any branch of Engineering.

Mode of Selection for Sr. Nos. 1 to 3: Written Test conducted by NICMAR for PGP PEM at Pune & Hyderabad. OR valid CAT/ XAT/ JMET /ATMA/ GMAT/ MAT scores taken after January 2005, will be acceptable in lieu of NICMAR Written Test. Eligible candidates will be called for Written Test, Group Discussion and Personal Interview.
