Dates for talent Exam Announced New Delhi: The National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) announced dates for its National Talent Search Examination for 2007. It offers 1,000 scholarships for students of Class VIII and X. According to an official release issued by the NCERT, as per the new scheme from this year, students will be offered scholarship from Class VIII and Class X.
