(ii) The Application forms and Prospectuscan be Accepted by cash payment and by DD Rs. Rs.500 (Rs.400/- for SC/ST) in favour of Director, PGI, Director, PGI, Chandigarh. However, prospectus of DM/M.Ch. will be available for Rs. 500/- only as there is no reservation for the same.
