Eligibility:
(i) A degree in Ayurveda of 5 1/2 Years minimum duration (including rotatory internship) from recognised University.
(ii) Only such In-Service regular Ayurvedic Medical Officer (HPAMO) will be eligible who have rendered five years service including adhoc service, if any, out of which at least three years service should be in rural areas or two years service in Tribal/ Hard Areas.

For more details, consult the prospectus available at the Enquiry Counter of the University during working days on cash payment of Rs.900/-(Rs. 450/- in case of SC/ST candidates) which also includes test fee.
A copy of prospectus can also be obtained by post (Registered) by remitting Rs.1000/- (Rs.500/- in case of SC/ST candidates) through crossed IPO’s / Demand Drafts drawn in favour of Finance Officer, HP. University, Shimla-5. The request for supply of prospectus by post alongwith required fee as above be addressed to the Deputy Registrar (Entrance Tests Cell) H.P. University. Summer Hill. Shimla-171005 Money orders will not be accepted.
No request for sending the prospectus by post will be entertained after 7-9-2006. The University will not be responsible for any postal delay, mis-placement or loss of prospectus in transit.
The candidates are also advised to send two self addressed stickers properly pasted with gum in case they are to obtain prospectus by post.

Eligibility:
i) For Engineering Course: All those candidate who have cleared 10+2 examination (see note) with pass in Physics. Mathematics as compulsory subjects and any one of the following optional subjects: Chemistry/ Biology/ Biotechnology/ Computer Science.
Those candidates who have passed diploma in any Engineering Trade from Punjab State Board of Technical Education, Chandigarh or Diploma/ Certificate course from Sant Longowal
Institute of Engineering and Technology, Longowal or such Examination form any other recognized State Board of Technical Education.
ii) For Architecute Course: A candidate who has passed 10+2 examination (see note) and has secured not less than 50% marks with Mathematics and English as subjects of examination. OR
The Candidates who possessed qualification equivalent to 10+2, shall also cover 3 year (Diploma) recognized by the Centre/State Government provided the candidate passed the
Diploma examination with 50% marks in aggregate shall be eligible for admission to 1st year of a 5-year B.Arch. course subject to an aptitude test.
iii) For Pharmacy Course: Has pass 10+2 or its equivalent examination (see note) conducted by recognized Board/ University/ Council with pass in Physics and Chemistry.
As compulsory subjects, along with any one of the following optional subjects:- Mathematics/
Bio-Technology/ Computer Science/ Biology OR
All those candidates who have passed Diploma in pharmacy from an institution affiliated to
Punjab State Board of Technical Education and Industrial training/Punjabi University, Patiala

The Information Brochure cum Application From Brochure will be available in all affiliated colleges of PTU/ DTE. Examination: The Combined Entrance Examination consists of objective type question in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (Combined).
Eligibility:
The candidates having Indian nationality should have passed Senior School Certificate Examination from the recognised School/ College/ Institute located within the National Capital Territory of Delhi or any other examination recognised as equivalent thereto by the University of Delhi securing 60% or more marks in the aggregate of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (50% or more marks for candidates belonging to SC/ST category, 55% or more marks for candidates belonging to CW (Defence)/ Physically Handicapped category). The candidates who are appearing in the qualifying examination are also eligible to apply for the CEE-2007.
Minimum Age: 17 years on or before 1st October, 200
Reservation of seats:
1. 15% seats for Scheduled Castes and 7.5% seats for scheduled Tribes.
2. 5% seats for Children / Widows of Personnel of Armed / Para Military Forces killed / disabled in action during hostilities (CW).
3. 3% seats for Physically Handicapped (1% for persons with low vision or blindness, 1% for hearing impaired, 1% for those with loco motor disabilities and / or cerebral palsy),
4. The reservation of Other Backward Classes (OBC) candidates as per the Government of India directives is currently being processed. Percentage / number of seats and modalities of such reservation will be notified separately in due course.
Note: All candidates (viz covered under General /SC/ST / CW / PH Category) will be required to appear in the Combined Entrance Examination CEE-2007.
