How To Apply:
1. Application forms can be obtained from the office of the undersigned from 10-04-2006 to 29-04-2006 on cash payment of Rs. 1200/- or

2. Can be posted to the candidates on receiving a bank draft for Rs. 1250/- in favour of Coordinator, All India DM/M.Ch. Entrance Examination-2006, payable at S.B.I., LLRM Medical College, Meerut.

3. Last date for submission of application form is 29-04-2006 and with a late fee of Rs. 200/- upto 06.05.2006.
