Graduates in any discipline with above average academic track record. A minimum of five years of work experience at an executive level in a business enterprise is mandatory for enrolment in the programme.

The PSB Executive MBA programme is not a part time programme but is a fast track programme with a very high level of academic rigor and will require participants to cover all aspects of the MBA programme of two years compressed in a eighteen month time span. The assumption underlying is the ability of the executives with significant industry experience to absorb the concepts and issues covered in the programme with speed owing to the richness of their own experience.

The course curriculum will be similar to that of the MBA programme except that the internship programme planned for the two year MBA programme is not part of the plan here. Further, the teaching methodology planned is based significantly on a large amount of self study by the participants and critical analysis and experience sharing in class.

The programme would follow a modular approach and have similar core courses and dual specialization approach as in case of full time MBA. The programme will be covered in three semesters with an intense faculty contact process. .
