Eligibility:
The candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized Board, Council or University and must have obtained at least 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Botany and Zoology taken together and must have passed in English. For candidates belonging to SC/S.T. or O.B.C. the minimum qualifying marks is 40%. Candidates appearing at the above said examination my also apply but their candidature shall be valid only when they obtain minimum qualifying marks and pass qualifying examination before the date of counseling.

The candidate must attain the minimum age of 17 years on or before 31st December, 2006.

Eligibility:
(I) Age: Not less than 17 years as on 31st December, 2006. (Candidates born after 31st December 1989 need not apply).

(II) Minimum Qualification:
MBBS and BDS: The candidate must have passed the 10+2, i.e. ISC/Intermediate examination or its equivalent, after a period of 12 years of study, the last two years of such study comprising Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English from a recognized Board / University and must have passed in all the above subjects. The candidate must have obtained a minimum of 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology taken together in the qualifying examination. In respect of the candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBCs the marks obtained in Physics, Chemistry and Biology taken together in qualifying examination be 40% in lieu of 50% for general candidates.

BAMS and BHMS: The candidates who have passed the 10+2, i.e. ISC/Intermediate examination or its equivalent with Physics, Chemistry and Biology shall be eligible. The candidates who are appearing for the qualifying examination (XII) and result is not yet available are also eligible to appear in the common entrance examination but such candidates shall submit the mark sheet of the qualifying examination (XII) on and before the date specified in the information brochure.

Eligibility: A candidate must be an Indian National.
