NERIST Entrance Examination (NEE) is conducted by North Eastern Regional Institute of Science & Technology each year for admission to its degree, diploma and certificate courses. A candidate should have passed class 10th or equivalent with Science and Mathematics. Also a candidate should not be more than 19 years of age as on 1st August, 2010.

Forms for NEE 2010 are expected to be available in December from district head quarters of all eight north eastern states and also from GPO at North Bengal, Kolkata, Bhubaneswar, Patna, Lucknow and New Delhi. Forms will also be available at the Directorate of Higher/Technical Education of all North Eastern States. The application forms can also be downloaded from their official website.
