Eligibility:
The candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized Board, Council or University and must have obtained at least 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Botany and Zoology taken together and must have passed in English. For candidates belonging to SC/S.T. or O.B.C. the minimum qualifying marks is 40%. Candidates appearing at the above said examination my also apply but their candidature shall be valid only when they obtain minimum qualifying marks and pass qualifying examination before the date of counseling.

The candidate must attain the minimum age of 17 years on or before 31st December, 2006.

Application forms and other particulars may be obtained by post through a Bank Draft of Rs.1250/- in favour of Private Medical Colleges Association, Bihar payable at Patna or on payment of Rs. 1,200/- in cash at the sale counters of the Association at Patna, Katihar Medical College, Katihar, Bihar and Mata Gujri Memorial Medical College, Kishanganj, Bihar.

The printout must be taken on good quality inkjet printer/ Laser printer, using A4 size paper only. Registration fee and other particulars are given in Annexure-A on website.

Admissions shall be made on the basis of VALID GATE Rank in the respective disciplines only, except for M.E. Civil (CEM) Full Time Sponsored course. If sufficient candidates with VALID GATE Rank are not available, the seats would be filled based on the performance at entrance test to be conducted by the University for which a separate notification would be issued after 25th July 2006. Seats are also available under sponsored category.
