(1) For DNB Medicine/ Surgery/ Anesthesia: (A) Candidate should have passed Primary DNB Examination or CET- NBE. (B) Candidates possessing Diploma in Anesthesia (recognized by MCI / University) are also eligible for applying for DNB Anesthesia. (2) For DNB Gastroenterology: Candidate should be a Postgraduate in General Medicine / Pediatrics. (3) For DNB Surgical Gastroenterology: Candidate should be a Post graduate in General Surgery. Remuneration to selected candidates will be as per stipend structure laid down by the National Board of Examinations.

WRITTEN TEST & INTERVIEWS: (For Super specialties) Written examination for Gastroenterology and Surgical Gastroenterology will be held no 30th Jan 2006 at 9.30 a.m. The interview of the short listed candidates will be held on the same day from 13.00 hours onwards. Note: (1) Candidates are not entitled for any passes/ remuneration to attend the examination / interview. (2) No separate intimation will be given to the candidates for the examination/ interview/ selection results. (3) Selected candidates have to pay the full annual tution fees of Rs. 15000/- (Rupees Fifteen thousand only) (in cash) to the Railways before joining their respective courses, failing which the next candidate in the merit list will be considered.
