Course: Diploma in Tool and Die Making
Description: Diploma in Tool and Die Making course for the session 2006-2007. The Course is recognized by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Govt. of India.

Eligibility:
(I) Qualification: Matriculation or equivalent examination from a recognized Board / University with Mathematics and Science (Physics and Chemistry or both) with min. 50% marks (40% for SC/ST / OBC / physically handicapped candidates). Candidates awaiting results of 10th classes can also appear for the written test but the result should be available at the time of admission.
(II) Age: Between 15 to 18 years (21 years for SC/ST/OBC/physically handicapped Candidates) as on 01.09.06.
Girl candidates can also apply.
Selection: Selection will be done on All India basis through preliminary admission test at Jamshedpur on 16.07.06. Final Test will be conducted for the short listed candidates from preliminary Test on 30.07.06.
How To Apply:
Application form along with prospectus san be obtained in person from IDTR office from Monday to Saturday from 10.00 am to 2.00 pm from 1st May 2006 to 30th May 2006 by paying Rs. 350/- (Rs, 150/- for SC/ ST/ Physically Handicapped candidates) in cash or send demand draft for Rs. 400/- (Rs. 200/-for SC/ ST/ Physically Handicapped candidates) in favour of indo Danish Tool Room payable at Jamshedpur. Candidates are requested to send two self addressed slip. SC/ST Candidates should send proof of Caste. Candidates should not send any certificate in original at the time of applying.
All applications are to fee addressed to the General Manager duly super scribed on the envelop, “Application for Diploma in Tool and Die Making” to the above address. DUPLICATE ADMIT CARDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED TD ANY CANDIDATES.
SC/ ST applicants who want to avail free coaching for entrance examination should also submit their applications latest by 05.06.06. the No. of seats for free coaching will be 60 . Mode Question papers can be obtained by paying Rs. 30/- additionally (Rs. 55/-by post).
Applications are to be purchased from IDTR only, NRI & Foreign national can also apply against the supernumerary seats.
