10 + 2 or equivalent thereto, with 50% or more marks (45% marks or more for reserved category) in the aggregate of Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English Core. Candidates- should have passed each subject separately. Candidates should be 17 years of age as on 1 October 2OO6.The maximum age limit: 23 yrs for General & NRI sponsored and 25 yrs for reserved candidates.

Selection: Selection of the candidates of G/ SC/ ST/ OH candidates will be based on an entrance examination that will be conducted by the University of Delhi on Saturday, June 17, 2006. Selection of NRI sponsored candidates will be made on the basis of academic merit and an interview. A Candidate applying in this category must be sponsored by an NRI.

How To Apply:
The prospectus/ application form (inclusive of entrance examination fee) can be obtained from the Institute’s office between 9.00 a.m. and 4.30 p.m. from 7th May, 2007, Monday through Saturday, on payment of Rs. 500/- in cash (Rs. 400/- for SC/ST/OH candidates) or an account payee Demand Draft (payable in Delhi) in favour of Amar Jyoti Charitable Trust, Add Rs. 30/- more if requesting the prospectus by post. Once purchased, the prospectus is non-returnable.

Candidates appearing for the entrance test in the G/SC/ST/OH category will not be eligible for the NRI sponsored seats.
