Eligibility For M.Tech:
You must hold a bachelor’s degree in Engineering/ Technology/ Architecture or its equivalent.

You could hold a master’s degree in Mathematics/ Physics/ Life Sciences or in related subjects.

You could have a professional qualification like AMIE and other Associate membership as specified in the M Tech admission brochure.

You must have a valid GATE score.
You must have passed with a minimum overall aggregate of 60 percent.

How To Apply:
Obtain the application form by sending a request along with a demand draft for Rs 300 drawn on any nationalised bank in favour of the Registrar, IIT-Madras, payable at Chennai, together with two address slips (50 mm x 100 mm) with your address in bold letters.

Important Dates:
Please send in your request for the application form by post before April 12.
Please send in your completed application form before April 17.
