Admit Card
The Admit Card will be sent by post to the candidates (including those who made application online) about four weeks before the conduct of the examination. Candidates must not mutilate the Admit Card or change any entry made therein. In case the Admit Card is not received by 10th April, 2006, candidate should write to/contact the Joint Secretary (AIEEE), Central Board of Secondary Education, 17,Rouse Avenue, Institutional Area, (Near Bal Bhawan), New Delhi-110 002 and send two photographs (as pasted on the Application Form), one should be attested by Principal of the institution where candidate is studying/passed XII or by the gazetted officer. Photocopy of the Application Form, proof regarding remittance of fee (photocopy of the Demand Draft) in respect of those candidates who have made application online, and the postal receipt issued by the Post Office for having dispatched the Application Form by Registered/Speed Post in order to get a duplicate Admit Card. Request for issue of admit card after the examination will not be entertained.
In no case the duplicate Admit Card would be issued at the Examination Centres.

The Admit Card for the examination will be sent by Registered Post/Speed Post only to those eligible candidates who have submitted the Application Form, complete in all respects, on or before 17:00 hours on January 06, 2006. The Institutes will not be responsible for any postal delay or irregularity resulting in non-delivery of the Admit Card. No duplicate Admit Card will be issued.
If the Admit Card is not received by March 20, 2006, the candidate should obtain his/her Registration Number and Examination Centre from the Institute of his/her zone through phone (IVRS)/ Website. On receiving these data, the
Candidates qualified for counselling will be informed of their All India Ranks (AIR) by post and will be called for counselling in order of their AIR. A candidate can also obtain this information on the official website of IIT, IVRS or by calling the JEE office from where he/she received the admit card, one day after the declaration of the results of JEE-2006. In case a qualified candidate does not receive the counselling letter, the candidate must still appear for counselling on the dates specified on the back cover of brochure at the Institute from where he/she had received the
IMPORTANT NOTES
1. Candidates can apply for AIEEE 2006 either on the prescribed Application Form or make application Online.
2. For submission of application on prescribed form :
i. Information Bulletin containing Application Form can be had by post from the CBSE or personally from Regional Offices of CBSE, Designated Institutions and the Designated Branches of Syndicate Bank and other Banks specified in Appendix IV.
ii. Candidates must follow instructions strictly as given in the Information Bulletin. Candidates not complying with the instructions shall be summarily disqualified.
iii. Candidates must keep a photocopy of the Application Form for use as reference
